Nike Case Study

As part of the WMS update initiative, Nike was also building a flagship $2.8 M sq ft DC in Memphis and slated it to be the first to go-live with the Manhattan WMOS system. This DC sports nearly 30 miles of conveyors, multiple tilt tray sorters, pick to light systems and other connected systems. Nike identified their own internal IT teams needed support. NCSP was chosen to help Nike with this daunting task of implementing a new WMS system in a brand new highly sophisticated building with various MHE systems and product mix. The project was undertaken, and working collaboratively across multiple client departments and Manhattan, NCSP delivered successfully, and on time! NCSP was involved in the entire implementation post design including configuration, development, all testing phases, go-live and post go-live stabilization.
